Daycare & Boarding T&Cs and policies

  1. Pawsinnponty reserves the right to make or change minor points or amendments in this agreement without notice to you, and to notify you by posting an updated version of these Terms on the website (https://pawsinnponty.co.uk/daycare-rates/),at which point they will become immediately effective.
  2. I understand that as a requirement when attending Pawsinnponty, my dog(s) must wear a safety collar/harness and have up to date microchip information.
  3. I represent that my dog is in good health, and is currently up to date on all vaccinations, including kennel cough. Is free of fleas, ticks, lice and has not been unwell within the last 30 days.
  4. I understand that while my dog(s) is fully vaccinated, that vaccines are not guaranteed and there is a risk that my dog(s) may contract a contagious disease or illness. I agree that should this occur, I am responsible for my own pet’s care, medical attention and costs.
  5. I understand the risk of having a dog(s) that is not neutered/spayed. I agree that should any incident occur, I am responsible for my own pet’s care, medical attention and costs.
  6. I understand that although all dogs are fully supervised while exercising, incidents of injury may occur from playing with other dogs, which include but not limited to bites, cuts, scratches and sprains.
  7. I release Pawsinnponty from all liability which I or my dog(s) may suffer, including but not limited to injury, sickness, damage or death resulting from participation in daycare.
  8. I understand that even if my dog is vaccinated against kennel cough, there is a chance that my dog can still contract kennel cough. I agree that I will not hold The Pawsinnponty responsible if my dog contracts kennel cough while attending daycare  and I will comply with the prevention of cross infection policy.
  9. I agree that my dog is social and has not harmed or shown threatening behaviours towards any person or another dog. I understand that Pawsinnponty reserves the right to remove my dog(s) from the play area and isolate them should my dog(s) display any unwanted behaviours.
  10. I give permission for Pawsinnponty to contact my veterinarian should any injuries or illnesses occur. I agree that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses acquired for my dog(s).
  11. I confirm that my dog is fully insured and understand that I may be asked to provide proof of insurance at any time.
  12. Your statutory rights are unaffected in England and Wales
